RETURNS & EXCHANGES Due to the very high cost of product ingredients and the labor-intensive small-batch production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened and unopened products for reasons of dissatisfaction at this time.

If you receive a product from us that was damaged in transit, please email us pictures of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order at info@aurorabeauty.com and we will send a replacement to you at no additional cost.
