Directions:
Apply a generous amount to dry skin and gently massage into face for 1 minute. Wait another minute, then rinse with warm water or with a warm, wet towel. Follow with serum. We recommend using it once to twice per week. 

**Note: If you have very sensitive skin with rosacea or atopic dermatitis avoid manual exfoliation.**
